About the Position
Are you a meticulous and organized student with an interest in economics and administration? We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, to support a project for one of our clients for about two months (March - May).

Job Responsibilities
Our client conducts a project every year where surveys are sent out to their 300 member companies. This year, their property economist needs support from a person responsible for communicating with members and ensuring the quality of the survey responses. The tasks include:
- Comparing incoming responses against previous years' reports and following up on discrepancies
- Checking incoming responses against annual reports and ensuring that the information is correct
- Approving checked responses in Survey Generator
- Answering questions about the survey via email and phone
- Sending reminders to respond to the survey
- Requesting annual reports from clients
Qualifications
This assignment is perfect for a student looking for a flexible part-time job alongside their studies. You will have the opportunity to work independently and develop your administrative and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and able to express yourself clearly and professionally in writing
- Basic understanding of financial data, such as annual reports
- Computer literate and able to quickly familiarize yourself with various systems and programs, including Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and communicative
Additional Information
- Start: Mid-March
- Duration: Until mid-May
- Scope: 2–3 hours per day (approximately 10–15 hours/week), flexible arrangement
- Location: Slussen, with the possibility of hybrid work
